Elaine Celestine Bernardo-Rodriguez

Elaine is the Chief of Corporate Planning & Development and Assistant Vice President of Marketing at the Center for Leadership and Change, Inc., the Philippine partner of FranklinCovey.

With over 15 years of facilitating under her belt, Elaine has dealt with clients from various industries including food, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and shared services. She has had extensive experience in the field of Training and Organization Development. Elaine not only enjoys enabling people but also relishes learning and listening to the different perspectives of people from all walks of life.
Her first employment was at the Ateneo de Manila University, where she worked as a teacher for young boys. Armed with learnings from her studies, she then went on to become Training Specialist at Burger Machine, Inc., until she joined FranklinCovey Philippines (initially as a Client Partner) 19 years ago. From then on, she has both attended and conducted numerous trainings, seminars, and workshops for different organizations.
Elaine handled FranklinCovey’s breakthrough Return-on-Investment of Training and Performance Improvement Programs and the Execution Quotient (xQ) surveys, which she has been trained and certified for abroad. She finds joy and excitement in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data from surveys like the xQ and Organizational Health Assessment surveys and other customized surveys. She believes that all recommended interventions to any organizational challenge should be based on actual data from a representative sample of the organization rather than just informal observations from a few people.
Elaine is also the representative of FranklinCovey Philippines in its CSR activities and projects with World Vision Philippines.
When she is not working, she spends as much time as she can with her husband, Ronnie, and their children Noel and Elouise. When asked, her officemates and friends would describe her as no-nonsense, frank, direct-to-the-point, and organized, but also fun-loving.
