Juliet Joaquin-Mabanag was previously the Customer Service and Retail Manager at the Center for Leadership and Change, Inc. (CLCI), the Philippine partner of Franklin Covey.

She was trained in 1998 in Hong Kong as a facilitator for The 7 Habits and The 4 Roles of Leadership for Bass Hotels & Resorts, the management company of Holiday Inn Manila then.
From college she started a career in customer service, first with the Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, then with Century Park Hotel. She discovered her passion for training and facilitating in 1991, and from that time on pursued a career in this field. She became a Training Manager for Century Park Hotel in 1992, and then moved in late 1996 to Holiday Inn Manila (now Manila Pavilion Hotel). She developed and facilitated various workshops in customer service, telephone excellence, training mastery (using the Accelerated Learning System approach), and emotional intelligence. She also facilitated supervisory and management development courses while in the two hotels.
