Since he started teaching in 2004, Luigi considers training and consulting a means of fulfilling his personal mission statement, which is to build bridges, to help people believe in themselves and in others.

Luigi O. Mapa is a professional learning and development specialist and organizational development consultant. His expertise is in individual and team effectiveness, productivity enhancement, work management, and leadership development. He is also a youth mentor and volunteer.
He has consulted and conducted programs for organizations across a variety of industries (e.g. retail, BPO, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, I.T., service, media, government, socio-civic, academic). His current and past projects include strategic planning, impact evaluation, training needs assessment, project management, team-building and culture-building.
Luigi began facilitating FranklinCovey workshops such as the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People in 2007. Over the years, he has worked with organizations from both the corporate sector (Aboitiz, Johnson & Johnson, Meralco, Emerson, Swedish Match Phils., and Golden ABC among others) and non-corporate sector (Ayala Foundation, JCI, SK, PHINMA Foundation, TAYO Foundation, and Makati Medical Center Foundation among others).
Working with such diverse groups, Luigi brings a versatile and engaging approach to his workshops. He values giving time for discussion and application, and he also specializes in customization work for his clients.
Prior to his career in training and consulting, Luigi was a former Philippine Youth Ambassador to the 2001 Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program. In 2008, he worked with the Ayala Foundation on the design, development and delivery of the Ayala Young Leaders Congress (AYLC) Expanded Program.
