Career Executive Service Board Accredited Training Programs
Career executives are required to complete at least one (1) accredited training program in addition to completion of Executive Leadership Program (ELP) for purposes of original appointment to Career Executive Service (CES) Rank, in accordance with CES Board Resolution No. 718. This covers the positions of Undersecretary, Assistant Secretary, Bureau Director, Assistant Bureau Director, Regional Director, Assistant Regional Director, Chief of Department Services and other officers of equivalent rank, all of whom are appointed by the President of the Philippines.
