Marfina is an Executive and Life Coach working with high-achieving individuals who are committed to reaching optimum results in their own lives and their organization’s performance.

She is a Personal Development Consultant and facilitates training programs for various schools and organizations

Before embarking on her current career, Marfina was an entrepreneur and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of manufacturing and marketing firms for apparel and footwear. Her apparel products were exported to European countries, United States, Japan and Australia. Her factories manufactured blouses and shirts for “Liz Claiborne”, “Hugo Boss”, “Armani XChange” “Phillips Van Heusen”, “Polo by Ralph Lauren”, among others.

Marfina is active in community service. As a founding member of the Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD) Society of the Philippines and its President from 2001-2004, the Society initiated a national awareness of the condition. She currently serves as an Adviser to the Board of Trustees. Marfina is also a founding member of the Recovery Circle Foundation.

She is a Coach member of the International Coaching

Marfina is a recipient of the Amazing Alumna Award from Miriam College in 2001 for her advocacy in alleviating the plight of children and families affected by AD/HD through various awareness programs.
