Introduction to The 7 Habits of Highly Effective College Students

Daphne is a facilitator of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People for the Center for Leadership and Change Inc. (CLCI), the Philippine partner of FranklinCovey. It is her personal mission to maximize each individual’s potential and remind them of their responsibility to make the world a better place.

Daphne’s ability to inspire and enable was already evident during her days as a student leader. She was the president of Celadon, a 600-member Fil-Chi student organization, when it was recognized as the Organization of the Year by the Council of Organizations of the Ateneo.
After college, she worked in Procter & Gamble. As an HR manager, she:
  • Led the P&G Scholarship program and facilitated How P&G Makes Money Learning Map for all new hires
  • Re-designed New Hire Onboarding curriculum
  • Improved and increased employee involvement in the corporate social responsibility and wellness programs
At the age of 26, she attained her career goal of being a stay-at-home-mom. She continues to contribute to society through facilitating 7 Habits workshops. She believes that the workshops provide the right mindset and tools that the youth of today need to be effective as individuals and members of their families, organizations, and communities.
Daphne is married to Francis Uy and is mother to two children.
