The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens

Introduction to The 7 Habits of Highly Effective College Students

Carlo is a speaker who has been invited to give talks to the youth about the youth by organizations such as the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, UNESCO, University of Santo Tomas, Claret Urban Poor Apostolate, and even the government of Sagay, Negros Occidental.

Carlo, however, is a youth facilitator at heart. Currently accredited as a facilitator for 7 Habits of Highly Effective TeensTM, he always loves being in the company of the youth. His mission of enlightening as well as mobilizing youth to be heroes of change has led him to different sectors of the country with corporate clients like Maybank, Land Bank of the Philippines, and Procter & Gamble. He has also supported social change and responsibility by facilitating non-profit organizations like Ayala Foundation, Inc. and the PHINMA Scholarship Program.
He is currently the program director of Hero in Me for Link Organizational Development (LinkOD). He has also designed leadership talks and teambuilding workshops for the youth for both public and private organizations.
He spends his free time learning Japanese, playing videogames, watching theater, and acting silly. He believes this makes him relatable to today’s youth and ultimately, the first step in facilitating their growth as future agents of change.
Carlo has been working with the youth for more than five years. But he knows his mission has only just begun.
