Dr. Terry David has a track record in training, teaching, and consulting for more than 40 years in the Asia Pacific.

As an executive, Dr. David served financial service institutions like Citibank, Bank BTPN Indonesia, and Bank Universal (Astra International, Jakarta). As an entrepreneur, he co-founded and acted as a Managing Partner of PT Eftri Consultama in Indonesia. As an educator, he served as the first Chairman (AG&P Professorial Chair Holder) of the Leadership and Strategy Department / John Gokongwei School of Management at the Ateneo de Manila University and Chairman of the Business Administration Department at Maryknoll College.
As a “retiree,” Dr. David now acts as an Executive Mentor and Life Coach to select CEOs and senior officers in the Asia Pacific.
A certified FranklinCovey facilitator for more than 20 years now, Dr. David’s main research interests cover strategic leadership, change management, and executive development.
Aside from being a MBTI (Myers-­Briggs Type Indicator) professional, he teaches Situational Leadership II, Interaction Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making in an Asia-­Pacific cultural context, among many others.
Dr. David is happily married to his high school girl friend, Lulu Ferriols, for 35 years now. They have three Jesuit-­bred children (Michelle, Maite, TJ) and a gorgeous grandpoodle.
