Teresa Jessica Balili-Mendoza

Teresa is the master facilitator of the Center for Leadership and Change, Inc. She is fully knowledgeable in all aspects of human resources, training and organizational development, recruitment and assessment tools that support organizations in their desire to improve leadership in the 21st century, build a culture of trust, execution and accountability, as well as improve employee engagement.

Tessa, as she is commonly called, has expertise in the areas of Human Resources, Training, and Organizational Development with many years experience dealing with clients from various industries and in different levels. She is a certified FranklinCovey facilitator for various programs that build great organizations, great leaders, great teams, and highly effective individuals. Tessa also assists in coaching during The 7 Habits facilitator training workshops.
She has expertise in Psychological Assessment Tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the FIRO-B in training programs for self-awareness and teambuilding. She also conducts needs assessment and analysis, as well as designs, facilitates, and evaluates training programs.
Tessa has had experience in handling play therapy sessions for children with behavior problems and in teaching pre-school children. She had been conducting psychological testing and comprehensive evaluation for managers, supervisors, teachers, school personnel, and children.
Tessa is married to Joseph Mendoza and together they have a daughter named Therese.
