Daphne’s ability to inspire and enable was already evident during her days as a student leader. She was the president of Celadon, a 600-member Fil-Chi student organization, when it was recognized as the Organization of the Year by the Council of Organizations of the Ateneo.

After college, she worked in Procter & Gamble. As an HR manager, she:
• Led the P&G Scholarship program and facilitated How P&G Makes Money Learning Map for all new hires
• Re-designed New Hire Onboarding curriculum
• Improved and increased employee involvement in the corporate social responsibility and wellness programs

She is currently focused on mommy duties, facilitating 7 Habits workshops, and writing for a regional online publication. She maximizes others by guiding them to live the 7 Habits and challenging them to achieve their best selves.

Daphne is married to Francis Uy and is mother to two children, Alyssa and Andrew. She enjoys reading, writing, and exploring.
