With over 15 years of facilitating under her belt, Elaine has dealt with clients from various industries including food, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and shared services. She has had extensive experience in the field of Training and Organization Development.

Elaine is the only Philippine consultant for FranklinCovey’s Return-on-Investment of Training and Performance Improvement Programs, which she has been trained and certified for abroad. She believes that all recommended interventions to any organizational challenge should be based on actual data from a representative sample of the organization rather than just informal observations from a few people.

She enjoys making a positive impact in people’s lives and always aims to make concepts easy to understand during her workshops. She sees life as a never-ending learning experience.

Outside of work, she spends as much time as she can with her husband Ronnie and their children, Noel and Elouise. Her hobbies include reading and cooking.
