Lippy, as his friends call him, has always been in people and organizational development. Currently an HR and OD Consultant, he has experience working with various industries such as packaging, manufacturing, banking, academe, government, and NGOs. He is also a certified coach focusing on personal productivity, professional performance, and people management.
Recognizing the impact of awesome organizations and awesome leaders, Lippy strives to help each group and person become the best that they can be so that in turn, they can provide a deep, positive impact not only in their own lives, but in others’ as well.
He enjoys writing, reading, playing the guitar, and solving complex problems. He once taught for a year as a Jesuit volunteer and still serves for retreats at his high school.
