Juliet has 22 years of combined experience in both customer service and training in the hotel industry. She specializes in customer engagement, leadership development, and communication skills.
Juliet has more than 25 years’ experience in conducting training. She became a Training Manager for Century Park Hotel in 1992, and then moved to Holiday Inn Manila (now Manila Pavilion Hotel) in late 1996. She developed and facilitated various workshops in customer service, telephone excellence, training mastery (using the Accelerated Learning System approach), and emotional intelligence. She also facilitated supervisory and management development courses while in the two hotels.
She worked at FranklinCovey Philippines for eight years in HR, Customer Service, and Retail Sales. She also has more than five years’ experience in managing company newsletters.
Juliet aims to be an instrument in helping others achieve higher levels of character and skills. She tries to make learning a fun experience, all the while learning with her participants.
Juliet is married to Raul Anselmo Mabanag and has five brothers. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, watching movies and TV series, and basking in nature.
