Tinette, as she is commonly called, is a human resource, training, and sales professional consultant. She is an international resource speaker to audiences in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Marianas Islands and the Philippines, with expertise is in Training, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
Tinette aims for people to enjoy sessions with her, learning significant concepts, soft skills, and practical strategies. She encourages people to question and challenge her input, think outside the box, and engage in enriching discussions. Ultimately, she inspires and ignites people to make the conscious decision to act on the next step crucial to their success.
Aside from facilitating workshops and consulting, she also supports various outreach programs, providing opportunities to the less privileged. She enjoys scuba diving, Bikram Yoga, playing the drums, guitar, bass, and keyboards. Tinette has a daughter named Cristina Sofia, as well as two dogs and a cat.
